Het Diestse bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in schoolinrichting werkte de afgelopen drie jaar als samen met de schoolmeubelenfabrikant in de USA, maar onder andere door de waardedaling van de dollar zocht CEO Gert Van Erum naar een betere oplossing voor de toekomst.

The Vanerum partnership is expected to strengthen Stelter’s position in one of its key markets.

Stelter Partners and Belgium school furniture maker Vanerum have created a partnership that will bring the European products to Stelter’s customers in the U.S. and a handful of Stelter products to Europe. It is a true partnership with Gert Van Erum purchasing 49 percent of Stelter Partners. In exchange, Stelter Partners will assemble and distribute Vanerum furniture in the U.S.
