Sign & Display (S&D), a former part of the leading Belgian integrator of interactive and inspiring learning environments VANERUM, is since 2007 an independent Business Unit under the Vanerum Group (vanerumgroup.com). S&D's activities mainly consist in manufacturing and installing internal, external and digital signage and various display solutions for health care, government and corporate environments. As from today, S&D will also provide all the services of SCS.

A new holding controlled by Gert van Erum has taken over Fortis Private Equity's stake in Vanerum Group. Fortis Private Equity had acquired an 18% stake in Vanerum Group (“Vanerum”) in September 2002 at the time of the buy-out by Gert Van Erum, combined with growth capital for the further expansion of Vanerum. During the period of Fortis’s involvement, Vanerum’s revenues grew from some EUR 20 million to more than EUR 40 million and profitability (EBITDA) increased from EUR 1.4 million to EUR 5 million. |
